Made by hand in my studio in South Wales, every piece is unique, often a one off, and as such there might be slight variation between products - this is what gives it its charm. Products
All products are handmade editions and one off pieces; slight variations may occur.
Product descriptions, images, and the prices are provided in GBP and as accurately as possible, but we not guarantee complete accuracy all the time.
Availability may change without notice, it doesn’t happen often and I’m sorry if it does.
Orders & Contract Formation
Orders placed through our Website constitute an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation via email.
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£), excluding applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Payment must be received in full before shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship in the UK using Royal Mail and are able to ship worldwide upon request - just get in touch so we can ensure goods get to you quickly and safely.
UK shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors are outside our control. We are sorry when delays happen (its annoying for us too!) so if your order is urgent or a gift, please get in touch to ensure we can meet your deadline - hello@catherinehammerton.com
Unfortunately risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable consumer law.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, except in case of defect.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt of returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any product purchased is limited to the purchase price paid.with the revised date of publication.
